Xiang Shan (Fragrant Hill) Hotel is the only hotel designated for The 2008 Third ISN Special Neurochemistry Conference - 8th International Meeting for Brain Energy Metabolism.  Fragrant Hill Hotel is a four-star hotel, which is built at a former royal garden of western hills scenic area in Beijing.  Registrants may reserve rooms using Hotel Reservation Form.  Note: This meeting is limited in 400 participants, we urge you to reserve your hotel room as early as possible.  Reservation before April 15, 2008 will guarantee you a room during the meeting at the low price* we negotiated for our meeting participants. The earlier you reserve the hotel, the better rooms you will get.

* As the meeting time is close to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, and due to the recent depreciation of USD, the local committee has spent a lot of effort to negotiate for this low price.  We urge you to take this advantage to make your hotel reservation early.

Hotel reservation fee could be paid by Chinese currency (RMB) ONLY for participants from mainland China.

Payment will be based on exchange rate 1 USD = 7.5 RMB.

A written notification of cancellation must be sent to the conference office BEFORE May 15, 2008 – in order for you to be refunded seventy percent (70%) of the hotel payment, thirty percent (30%) of the fee will be deducted for necessary bank handling charges.  No refunds will be available thereafter.  All refunds will be processed ONLY AFTER the conference.

In order to make it easy for those participants who will come early or stay after the meeting, we have selected the following hotel for you.  Please reserve rooms early as to avoid rush time of 2008 Olympics. is located on the campus of Health Science Center of Peking University (PUHSC). It will be convenient for conference participants to get needed help from student volunteers in the PUHSC.
